A little more about my planner
Are you feeling the need to bring a little more balance to your week when life is feeling full?
Are you unsure of where to begin?
Let me introduce your brand new balance tool. This is my Balanced Week weekly desk planner.
When I'm feeling overwhelmed and a little off kilter, I find the best way to get back on track is to sit down and form a plan so that I can really look after my health and be the best version of me for both myself and everyone around me.
My Balanced Week A4 desk pad has all of the prompts you need to plan, prioritise and organise small and manageable practices so that you can bring nourishment to each day and create happy, healthy habits for the mind, body and soul.
It's the perfect Sunday activity for you and by dedicating a little more time to planning your week ahead, you can feel in control of building delicious, healthy food as well as exercise and activity and little treats that spark joy to make you feel good.
There is space to plan your weekly menu which will save you time, money and food waste. And a prompt for some daily movement to encourage you to prioritise your fitness. There is also room to include something to make you smile each day because life really is about balance.
Each Sunday you can list your weekly intentions so that on Monday you can hit the ground running and there's space for a Friday wahoo list to note down all of the little accomplishments you should be celebrating (however small).
Having the pad on your desk will help you keep on track and remind you of what you have chosen to prioritise to help you feel in balance. Or you have the option of tearing the page off and keeping it with you in your diary/handbag. And when the week is over, simply recycle and start a brand new week as you mean to go on!
The pad has 50 sheets for 50 weeks (because even the most organised of us need a little break for a holiday) and the pad is undated so you can start feeling in control of your week whenever you are ready without the pressure of any expiry date.
